Our Story
We began our work in January 2022, driven by a shared observation between our co-founders: essential health and safety services were urgently needed in underserved Valley communities. Our vision was to expand support to resource-limited neighborhoods in the West Valley, where people experiencing homelessness are often isolated from traditional shelters, health resources, and supportive care.
With municipal restrictions and frequent encampment displacement separating our participants from fixed-site resources, we knew our services had to be mobile—meeting people where they are. Since then, our outreach has grown to offer even more life-saving supplies, connections to case management and resources, and ongoing support. In 2024 alone, we reached over 4,000 people living outdoors across the Phoenix Metro area with health and safety resources, heat relief, hygiene kits, and first aid.
We've also expanded our reach through neighborhood events in communities that face barriers to healthcare, offering essential resources such as safe sex supplies like condoms and emergency contraception, overdose prevention tools like naloxone, and infectious disease prevention supplies. Our bilingual team ensures that language is never a barrier to accessing life-saving resources. From the start, our goal has been to make these resources accessible to all communities.
